1930's Bacon & Day Tenor 23" Silver Bell Banjo No.1

Nice Condition 1930's 23" Tenor 4-String Bandjo, it sounds beautiful makes a great Christmas gift has a few minor things that can easily be upgraded/ repaired ie. it can use a new Head, the base is solid but has a few minor scratches that can be buffed out, could use new pick holder clip, no handle on the case. Hence the good price.
Everything plays nice and has a beautiful sound with NO cracks along the neck, pegs are in good condition, it is in original condition (No cracks/major repairs) kept and stored in a dry closet and comes with hard case,

hich does look worn but still works and functions. Comes with tools to change the head and extra strings.
I have looked up the serial no. online , and the Silver Bell came out in 1923 with serial no's in the 9xxx , going all the way to 29xxx by 1931 , so I believe this is a mid version. I called it a 1930's , but it's age is that or close to it.
Again , she's in nice shape and sounds & looks beautiful. With a little TLC this can be a beautiful string instrument.
