    1950's MODERN TOYS MADE IN JAPAN BATTERY TOY. This is ROCKING BEAR on TELEPHONE.

    . Here is the scoop on it. It runs when turned on but does not operate correctly. It is suppose to raise up right arm to ear and phone rings. If you help it it will do that. Phone rings and the bears mouth moves as if he is talking. When done talking his arm comes down. I believe the problem is the bar that comes out the bottom is bent inside and won't move like it is suppose to, I took the battery box off because it never worked when I bought it. Had a wire off so soldered it back on. When I took the box off the little piece of tin that is shown fell out. I don't see where it goes so maybe a easy fix for someone with better knowledge than me. CONDITION is great but mechanics not. SOLD AS FOUND. NO BATTERIES. ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE ANY.
