    Description

Travel back in time with this old Harmony five-string banjo. I'm reasonably guessing it is from the early 1960s.
I've had 20 of the same model. It's the one with the brown Bakelite pot and resonator.
The drone string tuner is a modern Grover replacement. For unknown reason, a second drone tuner was drilled next to the original in-use one. The resonator has a harmless hairline crack in the top. I had a hard time photographing it, but please see photo.
The head is worn, but functional. The banjo has ordinary age and play wear, but is in reasonable playing condition. Except for the drone string, the strings are old. The frets and fretboard are in fine condition.
The case is quite worn and tattered, but functional. The case handle, latches, and hinges all work.
