This is a 1970's Aria Pro 2 Masterclone that is in really good all original condition with the original case.  This has been inspected and set up at the Banjo Warehouse.

Description
The Instrument manufacturers of Japan in the 1970's were striving to duplicate and even improve the American instrument designs of the 1970's.  Some of these are known as Masterclones because they are such wonderful copies of the Gibson Banjo design.  This is one of those banjos.
This has a thick multiply maple shell with a maple neck and resonator.  The banjo has a mocha finish with white binding and also RB800 style binding on each side of the neck and resonator.  The hardware is chrome and all original including a one piece flange and a 20 hole full size tone ring.  This has a rosewood fretboard with a Hearts and Flowers inlay pattern.  This banjo is POWERFUL and has all the best appointments.

Condition
This is definitely in great shape and has been professionally cleaned at the Banjo Warehouse.  The only real sign of wear or age is some cloudiness on the top and side of the resonator.  Other then that the banjo is basically mint.
The banjo has been disassembled and all of the hardware has been buffed to a nice shine.  The wood has been waxed and also has a nice glow.  The frets and fretboard are in great shape.  There are no spikes and no 5th string capo and there never was.  The original case is also in great shape.
Set Up
This has also been set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta.  This has a new Remo frosted head which is set to 90.  The bridge is set with correct intonation.  The strings are new Huber Truetone .10 gauge strings and the action is set nicely.  This plays great and sounds incredible.
