Bell & Pratt 10 k Calibration Standard Resistor

Bell & Pratt 10 k Calibration Standard Resistor.
I don't know anything about this item. I bought it 15 years ago on eBay and I've never really used it other than to measure it when I bought it using some cal equipment I had access. I put the sticker on it at the bottom showing the measurement. I got it out today to take pictures and measured it with a DMM.
The last digit on the meter moves up and down a few digits.
It has four banana connectors on the left for the resistor and four banana connectors on the right for an internal RTD. The chart in the lid gives correction details vs measured temperature.
The auction is only for the Bell & Pratt standard resistor in white box. The DMM is not included.
