BOSCH KKE-2-03 LOAD CELL

Capsule checkweighing has been a long growing requirement for our industry.  Since the first Bosch KKE 1500 hit the market in 1990, Bosch has been on the leading edge of this technology.  Just like capsule filling, Bosch has pioneered the technology that others have followed.  In 2001 Bosch made great advancements with the release of the modern KKE 2500, followed by the release of the KKE 1700 and 3800 in following years.  Let’s examine the old design for the KKE 1500 & KKE 2000 versus the modern replacements.  The KKE 1500/2000 capsule in-feed magazine moves up and down like on a GKF capsule filler.  The modern KKE 1700/2500/3800 magazine is fixed and there is an independently adjusted in-feed bar to promote feeding.    Each load cell weighs 3 capsules in 1 second while individual weights are stored in a batch data file. A complete size part changeover can be accomplished in less than one minute.      KKE 1500KKE
