Excellent Fossil Echinoderm Cystoid Holocystites Silurian Osgood Shale Indiana

Description

An excellently preserved Silurian cystoid Holocystites scutellatus of the Osgood Formation from Napoleon, Indiana. It measures about 1 3/8 inches long and shows excellent detail on one side and most of the other. The cube is present for size comparison as it measures 1 centimeter. It is not part of the sale. There is a catalog number inked on the reverse. Please review the pictures as they are part of the description and show the actual item you will receive.
