Geo.C.Dobson  5 string banjo tailpiece  also says Boston Mass. and VICTOR
Geo. stands for George and  Victor is a banjo as well as his brothers name .  Its in good condition , made of brass, has no cracks or breaks and is not bent out of shape ,  late 1800 early 1900 . the plating is holding up I see some speckles of brass. the pressed button has a nice design on it and the tailpiece works. Comes with a hanger bolt  not original  and older brass nut also in good condition.This is a Collectors item good for the old time banjo and restoration job.
