    Slice meat, cheese, bread, vegetables and fruit quickly and easily with this quality slicer. Features precision depth control and a strong, high quality 180 watt gear motor. Variable thickness control knob for 9/16 inch thickness range. The Quick Release food carriage allows easy clean-up.
    If you expect to slice a lot of cheese, we recommend a motor of 130 watts or more. Cheese can create a lot of blade drag but the FS-200 slicer's motor has the power to take it in stride.
