This device can be used to check the calibration of your DVM or DMM.  The output is 5.0000V and conservatively rated to be accurate within 0.001% (+/- 50uV) when new and within +/-100uV for a minimum of 6 months at room temperature between 68

C) Initial value was nulled (+/- 10uV) to a calibrated Fluke 332B voltage standard and verified by a calibrated Agilent Keysight 34461A.
This Fluke 332b voltage standard was nulled to Fluke 5520A calibrator and verified by a Fluke 8508A (+6uV) in local ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited electronics calibration shop.
In order to reach the designed accuracy, thermal equilibrium of the internal electronics is required. Please turn the device on in a constant temperature environment at least 2 hours before taking any measurement.
The circuit is based on the LT1021-5 which uses buried Zener technology which has excellent long term stability.
Final adjustments were performed in 25
ºC incubator
after 800+ hours of aging in room temperature or 156 hours in 125
ºC aging oven.

The device can be powered by an inside 9V battery or external DC power supply from 12V to 16V. A linear power supply is recommended. This device's built-in input power regulator stabilizes output performance when supply voltage is between 10-16V. DO NOT SUPPLY OVER 20V DC . It is not
necessary
remove battery when power by an external power supply, It will use which has higher voltage.  But please remove battery when not in use for a long time ( few
months
) to avoid battery leakage damage this device.
There is a power status LED. LED lit green indicates battery good or sufficient voltage for proper operation. If battery low or the input voltage is too low, the LED will turn red and cut off output voltage when unable to perform within specification.
This voltage reference standard is designed and assembled in Texas, USA.
