Vintage 1995 Deering
Deluxe 5 String Banjo
Serial number 08172795 - 4318
Build in 08/95 neck matches pot serial number 4318 (all original)
comes in a sturdy no frills hard shell case
has 3 RR spikes for tuning professionally installed on the neck (see pic)
"diamond" inlay on the neck
leather strap with horn button
has been in its case in storage for almost 20 years
It is in beautiful condition.
It has a couple of very minor dings on the neck
The chrome needs to be polished
(polished one section to make sure it would shine up,
but that is a chore for the new owner!)
Deering no longer makes the Deluxe model.
This is a beautiful banjo.
