Vintage Banjolin Heiser Casston, WI 90 years old!!!  RARE!

Hi there!
My 96 year-old uncle asked me to sell this vintage banjolin that has been in his house for over 90 years.
Inside the banjolin are the following words:
The Banjo Lin
Price 22.50
Manufactured by
F.G. Heiser
Casston, Wisconsin
He said that a man came door to door selling banjolins and he played it so beautifully that my uncles's dad bought one for the family.
However, no one ever played it. So I'm not sure if it needs tuning or not but all the original strings are still there.
Also, there is a warping on one side with a split (Please see the pictures).
