NWS - New South Wales, vintage brass railroad luggage rack or shelf. Excellent condition with a great patina. No breaks or bends. Please look closely at photos taken from all angles and with and w/o flash, to get a better idea of condition for this vintage piece. 2 hooks come along with it - don't know if they're original, but they appear to also be brass
