Vintage Ginny Silver Tutu w-Medford Mass Tag +Underskirt & Hair Bow (No Doll)

o  This is a vintage Ginny Tutu and underskirt.  The tutu has cream netting with silver trim and a Medford Mass tag (tag is folded on the tutu - see photo).  The tutu closes with a hook and bar.  There are some holes in the netting and I have shown photos of some of these, although they hide nicely in the ruffling of the netting.  I carefully replaced the elastic on the underskirt so that it fits Ginny nicely.
o  I made
the creamy ribbon hair bow that has a silver button accent and attaches with a pin.
