Vintage Slingerland "The Sterling" Banjo Ukulele with HSC & Renaissance Head

Description

A splendid eight inch Banjo Ukulele from the Slingerland factory of Chicago of the 1920's.  This one is labeled "The Sterling" and sports a lovely maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with diamond MOP inlays.
The rim has lovely heavy hardware in very nice condition and is fitted with a plastic Renaissance head.  There is a Bone nut and the vintage tuners are also original.
The Slingerland made Banjo Ukes are a poor man's Vega, as they are made equally well and with heavy hardware and made to last.
It will be shipped in a deluxe hard shell case.
