Washburn B17 Banjo- EC - Made in early 80's

Description

Perfect Condition with new strings and professionally set up by an expert SoCal Luthier.
Has etched neck and back of headstock like B17 but hardware is nickel.  I believe made in Japan.
D-tuners for 2nd and 3rd strings and upgraded Presto tailpiece.   Plays and sounds pre-war incredible.  Flamed Maple back.  Comes with hardshell case.  This is a player's instrument set up to perfection.   No serial number/model # written as this was made before the company "altered" their manufacturing process and released the B17 with gold hardware.  Has a sweet sound but barks like a dog!  Shiny polished to perfection.   This was the best that they made at the time when they made the best banjos.  No scratches or dings other than where the finger rests on the head.
